Construction continues to progress at Americas Trade Center, a 502,608 square-foot Class A distribution center for Cavalry Real Estate Partners, LLC in El Paso, Texas.
Work is moving forward across the site as this premier industrial development advances toward completion. Strategically located just minutes from the United States-Mexico border, the facility is designed to support the growing demand for cross-border logistics and distribution throughout the region.

Wednesday, our team headed out to Elm Fork Shooting Sports for the 5th Annual Looking Up Sporting Clays Tournament, hosted in partnership with CREDA (Commercial Real Estate Development Association). Peinado Construction has proudly served as Title Sponsor since this event's inception — and we're not stopping anytime soon!
This tournament supports The Kukhoma Project, providing trauma recovery, medical care, education, and vocational training for young girls and babies recovering from abuse in Zambia — as well as similar efforts right here in our DFW community.
And the icing on the cake? 🎯 Our team took home 1st place! 🥇

Located just off the George W. Bush Turnpike, Maranello offers convenient access from across the Metroplex, with Highland Park and University Park less than 20 minutes away, and the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, Addison Airport, and Love Field all within 30 minutes.
At the heart of the development is a football field sized interior concourse, creating a unique setting for owners to showcase their collections and enjoy sanctioned events within a private, country club inspired atmosphere.
