Excited to announce the completion of Phase II of Ascendant Commercialโs I-35 Global Logistics Center, located at the northwest corner of Interstate 35 and Texas Highway 1187 in Fort Worth, Texas.
This phase delivered two tilt-wall speculative warehouse facilities totaling more than 1.26 million square feet, further expanding this premier industrial and distribution development.
