Stratefically located at 490 Gateway Boulevard East, just three miles north of the United States-Mexico border and only 10 minutes from the Ysleta-Zaragoza International Bridge, this development is positioned to serve as a key logistics hub for cross-border trade and distribution.

Last month, Method Architecture and Peinado Construction were proud to support the 2026 SkillsUSA State Leadership and Skills Conference in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Method sponsored the TeamWorks project design, while Peinado had the opportunity to serve as a judge for the competition. TeamWorks challenges students to work together as a multidisciplinary construction team, consisting of a Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician, and Mason. Competitors were tasked with interpreting construction documents, developing a plan of action, and executing their project safely, accurately, and efficiently.
The first-place team will go on to represent Texas at the national SkillsUSA competition in Atlanta, Georgia this month.

Sitework is officially underway at one of our newest developments, Signature 35, for Indco Partners and Holley Development Company.
Located just south of Highway 114 in Fort Worth, Texas, this Class A industrial development will deliver 111,923 square feet of premier industrial space featuring 32-foot clear heights, 36 dock doors, a 122-foot truck court depth, and two oversized ramped doors. The site also includes 5.19 acres of secured outdoor storage.

Excited to announce the completion of Phase II of Ascendant Commercial’s I-35 Global Logistics Center, located at the northwest corner of Interstate 35 and Texas Highway 1187 in Fort Worth, Texas.
This phase delivered two tilt-wall speculative warehouse facilities totaling more than 1.26 million square feet, further expanding this premier industrial and distribution development.
