Pedregal

Pedregal is a 42' clear, 1,545,774 SF tilt wall food-grade distribution facility, is fully air-conditioned and includes a 300,000 SF cooler, 42,000 SF two-story office, 10 MW of power with approx. 50% backup, and will be complete in a 9 month duration. Additionally, it is FM Global insured which required a maximum deck height of 45’ while maintaining the min clear height of 42’.
